Service is great. App needs work

The Turo service is great and I used it for the first time when traveling overseas to California. Great cars. The app itself has lots of features and is generally good at all things, however on roaming 3G networks, posting pictures in the dashboard or messaging the owner can take up to a minute to resolve which can be frustrating. If the developers focus on making the app lightweight, this would really help. Love the service though and Ill be using it again. Found the prices to be 1/2 to 1/3 a normal rental agency especially where premium cars were concerned. Going forward I also hope pickup is a bit easier and that Turo can get their parking lots at the rental car lot and not off-site as was the case with LAX. The extra fees for actual curbside pickup seemed hidden until you read the details.
