Good customer support

When I showed up late to my first car rental appointment. The jeep owner had left! I contacted Turo and in according with their cancellation policy the car owner gets to keep the payment. Turo however offered me a partial refund for their coverage of the service. I still dont think the cancelation policy is just but I appreciate Turo support. Will use App again for sure.
