Awesome platform
I am among the early adopters of Turo in Canada, as I got in first month they launched. I have been renting my two cars Porsche and Hyundai occasionally and have completed around 30 trips so far, I have rented couple of times before and the experience has been great, I havent had a bad experiences at all participating and thus the 4 stars.
However, when it comes to costumer service and the claims department seem to be located in California and so it could be frustrating to reach out to them at times since Canada seems to be only a fraction of their operation. Also, having to use email to communicate with support seems outdated for a tech-company I would prefer a quick in-app approach to follow-up.
The app, up-to the latest release was glitchy around the two-peer conversations between guests and owners. I hope the platform would get better with time, and would be updates more frequently and overhauled to be more Canadian-oriented.
