A great app to find great car with great conditions ! Feedback: let the opportunity to the renter to contact different owner. We lost time waiting answer from owner and if he dont accept the request we have to redo the search. MAJ

For an unlimited amount of occasions, Turo is the perfect cost effective way to get around. I stumbled upon Turo visiting San Fransisco on my honeymoon. Planning the day, it was impossible to do all the things we wanted to in our short amount of time. There were to many options we walked around the corner to a great car that we used and even had time to spare at the end of the day for a movie at the cinema. This app is going to be huge and I think I will put my car on it too!

Great app! Love using Turo whenever I want to ride in something slick! Or whenever I just need a certain type of vehicle to use.

I dont understand why the idiot Canadians charge 199$ for a freaking dodge dart. Rent any where except in Toronto. Turo should ban idiot canadians

Great way to see a city and not have to stand in lines at rental car companys

I am among the early adopters of Turo in Canada, as I got in first month they launched. I have been renting my two cars Porsche and Hyundai occasionally and have completed around 30 trips so far, I have rented couple of times before and the experience has been great, I havent had a bad experiences at all participating and thus the 4 stars. However, when it comes to costumer service and the claims department seem to be located in California and so it could be frustrating to reach out to them at times since Canada seems to be only a fraction of their operation. Also, having to use email to communicate with support seems outdated for a tech-company I would prefer a quick in-app approach to follow-up. The app, up-to the latest release was glitchy around the two-peer conversations between guests and owners. I hope the platform would get better with time, and would be updates more frequently and overhauled to be more Canadian-oriented.
