First time I used Turo and it worked awesome! It was easy and affordable. Made it easy to communicate with owner. Look for good feedback owners and your set.

Definitely check this out. Way faster and cheaper than renting a car. Will be checking out Turo first on all future trips. (Sorry this is a generic review, but in all honesty I love it and am so happy I discovered this. Amazing!)

Ive used Turo twice - both times for driving out of town. This is extremely simple to use and offers a wide choice for models, categories and prices. Great value.

Great first experience with Turo. I would suggest looking for vehicle that have a previous rental history, and make sure they offer airport pick/drop if you require that. **Update** We have now had two great experiences with renting vehicles through Turo.

I listed my jeep and someone booked for a week with in few hours.

They charge your card without telling you you havent been approved then when they deny you they wont tell you why and wont communicate with you over phone and stop emailing back. I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back and still have no idea why I was denied. Seems too good to be true because it is! This company is unprofessional and a scam!

This has changed my traveling experience. Costs are great and more convenient than using a rental car service. Will continue to use Turo exclusively

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. Will never use again. First of all, your credit card free insurance wont apply because Turo isnt considered a rental company. You have to buy their expensive daily insurance to stay covered. Collision on luxury car might bankrupt you. Secondly, their customer service attitude was horrible. I decide to close my previous account and open a new one, then I was treated like Im a fraud trying to steal their referral money. All kinds of discrimination and humiliation. Come on, its just $25 referral. I couldnt rent a f*cking Jetta with that money. I emailed their customer service and they came up with all ridiculous instructions and forced me to take picture of all sensitive ID like credit card and so. I didnt feel comfortable. Most ridiculous part was one of their customer service asked me to do a selfie holding my driver license, which was quite humiliating. Who the hell looks exactly like their DL pics? So much sh*t happened during the conversation and they couldnt verify my credit card because my girlfriend had a dependent card sharing the same card number. Unbelievable. And after 3 days they passed my new account, they suddenly decided to close it again. Unbelievable +1 Advice: go for a real rental company for your business! You will get much much better service and package than Turo. Check on other reviews here and you will see this issue clearly. Do your math, you have to spend almost the same much money in Turo in order to get similar service as Avis, Sixt or Enterprise. They all have luxury rentals too. Plus much much better customer service and better coverage. Do the math, dont get fooled by the low price listing cars. They all hide bloody tricks behind.

By far the best car rental service experience and great selection of cars....will be great if some bigger passenger vans (i.e. 12/15 passenger)are added ....

This is now in my top 10 favorite apps/services, right up there with Uber, Yelp, Waze!

This is a new, clever way to rent a car. Be aware that my credit card company has specifically excluded rental coverage when renting via Turo, so best to check with your card company before assuming they are insuring your rental.

I dont ever write app reviews but... This is a great idea & app! It was so easy it almost didnt seem real! 5 stars all the way!!

I have been driving for 5 years now, without a liable accident and only one ticket, being a parking ticket 5 years ago. Turo denied me from using their services, losing business.

This is a pretty cool app it works with ease its not overly complicated ! I definitely be renting another car from someone very soon.

I have been on my way 3 times (!!!) in the last week to pick up my reserved car when Ive gotten a message from the owner cancelling the trip! Super inconvenient. Not to mention when I call Turo theyve told me its not their fault and they cant do anything about it. Customer service has zero empathy.
