Me and my husband membership got declined... They do not answer to our email and you cant speak to a person!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Had my first Turo rental today. Process couldnt have been much easier. Processed are clear and thorough. Highly recommend.

Few months ago they deactivated my account for no reason. Literally NO REASON. Even after numerous emails with the question "why my account has been deactivated" they didnt show any courtesy to explain the reason. They literally said "Turo is not supposed to explain the reason why your account has been deactivated". Moreover, non-of the representatives didnt give me any information on the phone and was unprofessional and rude in our conversation. Good luck with this kind of attitude and customer service.

Turo app was the most unpleasant and hardest app to use. I am completely dissatisfied with customer service. I tried renting a car for a trip down in Honolulu it took representatives almost two days to approve my account. They didnt respect my initial reservation, so the day of my arrival car cost went up. After trying to book, I couldnt. I called and emailed back and forth for about 6 hours!!! No representative knew what the problem was and one representative even hung up on me!!!!! HORRIBLE!! Save yourself time and rent a car from somewhere else!!

Cool app and great opportunity for drivers and owners. Truly the Airbnb of cars. The app works relatively well. Some improvements would be nice: - needs to be more intuitive; hard to find reservations at first - reservations should state how much was paid per day - a widget for Today section showing reservations for that week would be very useful

Kept crashing when trying to upload license photos so I could list my $170k Maserati. Emailed support and they said I dont meet their standards, but provided no reason. Have clean driving history. Imbeciles. The UI/UX is horrible.

The app worked fine for me. Probably could be streamlined a bit, but totally functional. I just rented a 2014 Corvette on a day off on a business trip and it was a really easy process. This is Airbnb for cars.

Rented a car, got in and within a few minutes a part of the car fell off for no reason. Contacted Turo about this and ended up getting charged $500 because there was "no proof" that I didnt cause this part to fall off. When talking to the Turo agent he kept repeating the same line and wouldnt even listen to what I was telling him happened. I will be talking to the insurance commissioner about getting my money back. Considering Turo doesnt personally inspect the car before every rental there is no way of renting and being able to prove hidden preexisting damage in the car DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

Since the new update its been deplorable and freezes and logs me out everytime I leave the app. Good company but horrible IT.

I cannot say enough about Turo. Its awesome and it is to car rental as Uber is to cabs. Its simply awesome to get a car dropped directly at the airport pickup lane and to return it to the same place. So easy and soooo nice. I recently listed my extra car and got a rental right away. It was fun to meet someone and be a pet of their adventure in a way. App is good, but the system and the service on both ends is excellent. The reviews listed are BALONEY!

I listed my car on a Sunday and by Tuesday I had someone rent my car for 3 days. I was worried at first but the app made things very easy. From the time of sign up, set up, pick up and drop off, it was pretty easy and smooth.

Found Turo by accident looking for a good place to rent a car for the week in Denver. Found a great car through them and it was so much easier than having to deal with the other rental car companies. Our car owner picked us up from airport and brought us back after our trip. So convenient!

First time user but the App worked great. Already had two bookings :)

I used it twice for each time that I have traveled to Ft lauderdale. This is the best way to get a rental car!

Great way for me to rent luxury cars on trips at a fraction of the cost of a rental company. Would highly recommend!

I spent a long time searching and narrowing down my results. Once I put in my travel dates and selected one, I got all the way to another page that asked me to confirm the dates, and suddenly the car wasnt available for those dates, or any close dates?? Unavailable cars should not show up in your results. Secondly, once I was able to book another car and make my payment, the driver declined it. No reason is provided? Seriously a waste of my time. :( Im not motivated to use this again. Going to rent like normal.
