So far Ive used the app a few times and it works flawlessly. The app is as good as going to the website.

Never made it through registration. Why in the world do you need my SSN? BEWARE!!!

I definitely have it easier renting a vehicle on here than those regular car rental places. Took my first one on a trip and I love it!

I would give it 5 stars but cant because I there should be some sort of penalty applied to owners who have their vehicle available but cancel when you book. I feel some owners profile who they rent to. Just my opinion. When you do find someone who does rent to you its a very convenient service. Like I stated earlier I would have given it 5 stars but cant.

Yes Im rating both here and they both deserve five stars. This is a really cool service and the app never disappoints. Ive only used the actual website a handful of times, the app makes it easy enough. I havent had any problems with either Turo or any drivers as of yet (and hopefully never will), so I cant comment on their troubleshooting but so far so good.

I love it! So simple. Easy. No extra costs. I rent from Enterprise all the time and am always slammed with exorbitant fees - somehow. Not so with Turo. Im sold.

Great cars and staff... But fail to send receipts or help a business person use this, and fail to send rental agreement. Too reliant on app only. People also want emails and docs to confirm what they paid. Also had a break in and their insurance does not cover anything, thats the truth.

Turo by itself is great. But customer support is the worst. I am so unhappy and not satisfied. Person who was renting my car got two tickets, smoked in a car and scratched a bumper. I am waiting for their respond for 3 days.

Ive used this app multiple times. And each time been beyond disappointed. Each car Ive used has had an issue. They do absolutely no check to make sure the cars are legit. The first one I rented had leftover drug baggies in it. And the second one I rented broke down on me in the middle of a road trip. Their customer service is abysmal. Each time I was told that someone would get back to me, and I waited for days before hearing anything. There are tons of great car sharing apps out there this is not one of them.
